Care Guide

Five minutes of care buys years of service.

Silicone tools

Dishwasher-safe on stainless-handled sets; hand-wash wood-handled tools and dry them standing. Avoid direct flame contact: silicone loves a 446°F pan, not the burner itself. Deep-clean stains with a baking-soda paste.

Wooden handles

Hand wash, towel dry, and give them an occasional rub of food-safe mineral oil to keep the grain from drying. Never soak wood overnight.

Enameled cast iron

Let the pot cool before washing: thermal shock is the one thing enamel fears. Warm water and a soft sponge handle almost everything; simmer water with a spoon of baking soda for stuck spots. No metal scouring pads.

Stainless bowls & flatware

Fully dishwasher safe. For water spots, a quick wipe with vinegar restores the shine. The non-slip silicone bowl bases prefer the top rack.

Insulated drinkware

Hand wash the vacuum body: dishwashers can compromise the seal over time. Lids and straws are top-rack safe. For odors, soak with warm water and baking soda, never bleach.
