What's covered

Every Umite Chef product carries a 12-month limited guarantee against manufacturing defects in normal home use: silicone that splits, handles that loosen, enamel that chips on first seasons of use, vacuum seals that fail.

What's not

• Normal wear, scratches and discoloration from use
• Damage from open flame contact, oven broilers on silicone, or drops
• Commercial or restaurant use
• Items modified or repaired outside our process

Claims

Email hello@umitechef.net with your order number and a photo. Most claims resolve with a free replacement within days.
