Where we ship

All 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally.

Cost & speed

Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 depending on your region.

Tracking

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your order ships. If it has not moved for 48 hours, email hello@umitechef.net and we will chase it.

Arrived damaged?

Photograph the box and contents within 48 hours and send them over. We replace damaged items at no cost, no return shipping required.
