Not right for your kitchen? Return any item within 30 days of delivery in resalable condition, original packaging where possible, for a full refund or exchange.

Starting a return

Email hello@umitechef.net with your order number. Instructions arrive within one business day.

Refund timing

Once received and inspected, refunds return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective

Skip the return entirely — send a photo and we ship a replacement.
